Revisions are entirely possible with Artizign. At the time of deciding the package of your services, you can also decide the number of revisions permitted within the selected package. Turn Around Time
We understand that the Turnaround Time is extremely important when we are talking about design services. Our team wishes to keep you involved in all stages of a design which is why our company has a policy of providing you with at least 48 hours or 2 working days to revise and review the designs. However, in some cases, Artizign may provide 72 hours or 3 working days, depending on the necessity of the task at hand.
An example of how the 48 hours or 72 hours Turnaround Time works is:
- The order that you place for revision on a Tuesday will be provided to you by Thursday.
- The order that you place for revision of a Thursday will be provided to you by Monday towards the end of the day.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION: Artizign reserves the right to call off any project, no matter the circumstances.
- A. The client has the option to put any project on hold for a month. If the client cannot be reached after that time, the project will be canceled and no refund will be given.
- B. A project cannot be abandoned after three requests for revisions.
- C. The project was paid for with a fake card.
REFUND POLICY:
A. If a client’s project isn’t started within 10 days of their purchase, Artizign will give them a 100% refund. However, this policy may be revoked at any moment for any reason. Additionally, if a refund request is made after the initial idea has been presented, the return will be prorated (less the processing fee and production cost incurred). In addition, any refund will be void if

B. If a client receives a refund, they are no longer permitted to use any concept or design that was given with them; if this occurs in any way, the client will face legal repercussions.

Creating or populating the content to a website is not the responsibility of Artizign unless specified previously. If the service has been purchased separately, the Artizign will:

- Artizign will acquire images from stock photo websites.
- Artizign will not be responsible for any manner for similarities between images used on the website that resemble other websites or content.

Record Maintenance
Artizign will maintain records and data of all tasks and projects in the case of misplacement by the client. A copy shall be provided to the client if required.

The customer representatives are available to answer all queries five days a week between 9 is to 6 pm. You can contact customer support between Monday and Friday every week. In the case that you wish to submit a query after business hours, you may do so through email. A member will get back to you as soon as possible the next day.
Technical Support Policy
Artizign is a design consultancy and design service provider. We will develop and design the services that you require. Technical aspects will be included when the client purchases a service or a package through email and chat. Artizign will provide the client with the basic information regarding those services and the settings required to make those services are operational. However, Artizign shall not provide detailed guides or installations of services. Services that are included but are not limited to are mentioned below:
- Artizign will deploy the website for the customer on a Hosting server provided by the customer or purchased through us.
- Hosting Service provided by Artizign is a free service in some packages provided to the client as an added feature without any cost. If not part of the package it needs to be purchased from a Third Party Service provider either by the customer or through our own in house servers or cloud services.
- A Hosting server provided by the customer (purchased from a Third Party)
- In the event the website is hosted on a third party web server purchased by the customer, Artizign will not be held responsible for any kind of server or hosting-related issues.
- Hosting Service provided by Artizign is a free service in some packages provided to the client as an added feature without any cost. If not part of the package it needs to be purchased from a Third Party Service provider either by the customer or through our own in house servers or cloud services.
- o Website Deployment
There is no ongoing Service Level Agreement (S.L.A.) between the client and Artizign in terms of technical assistance or service outage unless purchased separately or included as an ongoing maintenance service.
- Artizign will provide the customer with a user manual to use the website C.M.S. (Content Management System).
- Artizign will not be responsible for training the client in the said website C.M.S. (Content Management System).
- Artizign will be providing the customer with the necessary settings and information to install the emails on their end.
- Artizign will not be responsible for installing said emails onto the customer end.
- Artizign will not be responsible for providing technical support or assistance in troubleshooting errors on email usage as all our emails are on open servers and accessible by all service providers. - o Website Content Management System (C.M.S.: Content Management System)

Artizign will not be held responsible in any way for customer’s failure to execute, install or learn the usage of above said services on their end, as the responsibilities for those lie on the customer’s end.
Communication Policy
- o Artizign will hold no responsibility for any communication that has been done so through any other platform or medium. The only mediums of communications are either the contact number provided or through the Artizign Platform.
- o Any emails that are sent or received from info@artizign.com will be considered a valid form of communication.
